Sues On Note
Suit to collect $10,873 on a $15,000 promissory note given by the Pacific Telephone Herald in December, 1913 has been commenced in the Superior Court against the concern by Max L. McCullough, assignee. The note was secured by property at Seventeenth and Franklin Street.
